The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter lineup just got a large upgrade with the announcement of an all-new Mercedes-Benz eSprinter model. The eSprinter takes the already iconic Sprinter lineup and turns it 100% electric, providing you with an impressive range, strong performance, always accommodating size, and the ability to charge your vehicle at home instead of filling up at different stations. At Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, we take pride in offering one of the largest selections of new Mercedes-Benz models around Grapevine and want you to be the first to buy or lease an upcoming eSprinter model when they arrive. That’s why we encourage you to learn more about the eSprinter lineup below or contact us with any questions today.

All New Electric Mercedes-Benz eSprinter

The upcoming Mercedes-Benz eSprinter will be the first fully-electric van from Mercedes-Benz that’s available in the United States. While the outside doesn’t look much different, and all models continue to fit the needs of all occupations and lifestyles, the difference comes from its all-electric system. Instead of losing capability, the eSprinter van is slated to achieve similar performance and capability.

Performance

The upcoming Mercedes-Benz eSprinter models use a standard electric powertrain that makes 134-horsepower and sends power through the rear wheels, making traveling around Southlake easier and helping you save on trips to your customers, job sites, and during your everyday outings. You can also choose an upgraded powertrain that delivers 201-horsepower for a stronger performance and better towing and hauling ability. All models use a 113-kWh battery pack that’s located between the front and rear axles. The eSprinter also achieves a top speed of 75 mph, which allows you to maintain the optimal range and output.

Towing and Payload

The new eSprinter models make traveling with all your equipment easy. The eSprinter lineup offers towing capability of up to 4,200 pounds, allowing you to carry an extra trailer with you to your jobs around Coppell. You can also carry up to 2,624 pounds of payload to fill your vehicle with tools, materials, and other gear.

Electric Range and Charging

There haven’t been any concrete details released about the exact range of the upcoming eSprinter models, but it’s rumored to deliver 230 miles per charge, which is plenty enough to get you around Trophy Club, out of the state, and makes charging on trips across the country easy. The battery can be charged using a DC fast charger from 10 % to 80 % in around 42 minutes, making it easy to charge on the go. If you’re charging at home with a conventional outlet, a low battery could take overnight but be ready to go in the morning.

Interior

Inside the cabin of the new Mercedes-Benz eSprinter, all models are cargo vans as of now and have comfortable and accommodating seating for two passengers. With the long-wheelbase vans, you can enjoy up to 488 cubic feet of cargo space, which is only slightly less than regular Sprinter models. There’re multiple options also offered to help accommodate your lifestyle and needs the best.

Technology and Safety

All the new Mercedes-Benz eSprinter models will come with a state-of-the-art infotainment system on a 10.3-inch touchscreen, featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, allowing you to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth or a USB cord and enjoy full command over calls, apps, messages, maps, and more as you travel to Colleyville.

There’s also a full suite of driver assistance features in all eSprinter models, including standard automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and a driver-attention monitor.
