Charging the eSprinter is convenient and straightforward. The vehicle supports DC Level 2 charging with CCS connectors and features a maximum charge rate of 115 kilowatts. Depending on your configuration, charge times range from 10 to 12.5 hours when using a 240-volt outlet. eSprinter Charging Basics

There are a multitude of ways to charge your vehicle. The most common approach is to use a 120V outlet, which is easily accommodated at nearly any residence. To activate charging

At a public charging station, download and access the Mercedes me Connect app or through MBUX. Register and authenticate the charging station. When you connect the charging cord to the charging port, the indicator will blink orange for a few seconds, then turn green when charging. If a problem arises, the indicator light will flash red. Once charging is complete, the indicator light will turn solid green.

To disconnect

You can use your key to unlock the car and charging connector. You can also press the release button and remove the charging cord. The indicator light will turn white, letting you know that the charging cable is completely disconnected.
