Do I need an appointment when bringing my car in for service?
We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled to ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible. For your convenience, you can schedule service online.
I did not buy my Mercedes from Avondale; can you still service my vehicle?
Absolutely. As an authorized Mercedes dealer, we will service vehicles for clients who did not purchase from us.
Does Avondale Mercedes provide loan vehicles?
We do provide loan cars by appointment; when scheduling your service appointment and securing your loan car, all you need to provide is a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a credit card. Your credit card will only be charged for tolls or violations as outlined in the Service Loan Agreement during the duration of your loaner.
Does Avondale Mercedes detail vehicles?
Absolutely. We do provide detailing services at each of our locations. We also repair minor "dings" by performing paintless dent repair, which does not require extensive body shop work. Our experienced service advisors can provide a better assessment of what is needed.
What do I do if my Mercedes becomes disabled?
Call Avondale Mercedes Roadside Service at 800.222.0100 and we will dispatch a roadside technician and flatbed tow truck. Our technician will install your spare, bring you 5 gallons of gas if you run out or jump start your vehicle free of charge. Our technician will also repair your vehicle or make arrangements to have it brought to the nearest Mercedes dealership.
My vehicle was damaged. What should I do next?
You should call our body shop so we can guide you through the process of working with the insurance company. We can help answer all of your questions and assist you with scheduling an appointment and with arranging a rental vehicle. Avondale Collision & Repair is a certified Mercedes collision repair center and works with all insurance companies. Remember, it's your choice on where to have your vehicle repaired.
How often should my tires be rotated and balanced?
Tire experts recommend a tire rotation every 5,000 miles. Tire pressure should be checked every few weeks. Alignment should be performed every 10,000 miles or when uneven tire wear is noticed.
