Mercedes-Benz S-Class Trim Levels
The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class features two different trim levels, the S 500 and S 580. Both vehicles come well-equipped with features, and the main difference between them is their different engines. However, each model is available in different lines, which are highlighted below.
Available Lines
- Luxury Line: 12.8-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, wireless charging pad, leather upholstery (premium leather upholstery in S 580), 15-speaker Burmester® audio system, eight USB_C ports, air suspension, panoramic sunroof, navigation system with augmented reality driving directions, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, forward collision mitigation, and much more.
- AMG Line: Sport appearance package with sportier front and rear bumpers, choice of 19, 20, or 21-inch wheels.
- Executive Line: Rear-wheel steering, four-zone climate control, heated, ventilated, and massaging front and rear seats, rear entertainment system, rear wireless charging pad, and more.
Interior Features and Tech
Every new Mercedes-Benz S-Class model offers an upscale and spacious interior, allowing you and your passengers to stretch out and enjoy the utmost comfort on any trip around Coppell. Leather upholstery comes standard on all S 500 models, with a premium leather option on S 580 models. Enjoy ambient interior lighting, heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, eight USB-C ports, and a premium audio system, among other impressive interior features.
Technology
All S-Class models come with a new 12.8-inch touchscreen display for the MBUX® infotainment system, featuring standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, allowing you to connect and control your smartphone as you drive around Trophy Club. All models also come with a wireless charging pad for your smartphone. There's also a rear entertainment system, as well as a rear wireless charging pad.
To make all these features even better, you can personalize your preferences by creating up to seven user profiles allowing you to customize 800 different settings.
Performance
The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class lineup offers two trim levels: S 500 and S 580. The main difference between each trim level is the engine that comes equipped in each. The S 500 models come equipped with a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with 429-horsepower and 284 pounds-feet of torque. The S 580 models come with a larger 4.0-liter V8 turbocharged engine with 496-horsepower and 516 pounds-feet of torque. Both engines are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and have standard 4MATIC® all-wheel drive, providing you with a smooth, sporty, and controlled driving experience all over Southlake. All models also come with an air suspension, providing you with a smooth and comfortable ride, regardless of the condition of the roads.
Safety Features
To help you drive with complete confidence around Colleyville, all S-Class models come with a large suite of standard driver assistance aids. Enjoy adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision mitigation, evasive steering assist, a 360-degree camera system, lane keeping system with automated lane change assist, and much more.
Among the many safety features in the S-Class, passengers are protected with front airbags even if they are sitting in the back seats.
